The king bed was amazing, but the pool area needs repairs.

The indoor pool was a great bonus, opening early for family fun. We enjoyed the spacious room and convenient access to a restaurant on-site, which was perfect for breakfast after a long journey.

Perfect family hotel! Clean rooms, a fantastic heated pool, and a fun game area kept my kids entertained. The staff went above and beyond. Lyn and Jenna were very accommodating when we encountered an issue after checking out. Great food at the attached restaurant, too!

The king bed was super comfy, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was way better than what I expected! The game room with the foosball table kept my kids entertained while I relaxed in the heated pool. Just wish the shower pressure was stronger. But really enjoyed my time here!

The check-in process went smoothly with friendly reception staff. I loved the heated pool. it was warmer than hot springs I visited. The game area upstairs is a hit, especially for my kids with the foosball table and giant Connect Four. Our king bed felt like a cloud, the best I've slept on in weeks. However, the toilet in our room was slow to flush, which was a bit concerning. I also noticed some ceiling tiles in the pool area were in poor condition, giving off an impression that the place is in need of some updates. Even though I had a great stay, the noise from the pool area could be bothersome late at night. If you're visiting and need a room away from noise, asking for a poolside room might not be the best option. Would have preferred more breakfast options. visiting the attached restaurant felt inconvenient. While the experience overall was enjoyable, some repairs and service adjustments could make it even better.
